You will lay back while the Moxi applicator is gently applied to your treatment areas. The Moxi device features a state-of-the-art rolling mechanism that gently glides across your skin. As it rolls, Moxi creates a sparking sound which indicates that the laser energy is stimulating your skin’s natural healing response, triggering vibrant new collagen and elastin growth.
Depending on your needs, Moxi laser skin treatments can be tailored from mild to intense. The more intense your treatment the higher the number of passes that will be administered to your skin. For example, mild to moderate Moxi treatments require four to five passes whereas the most intense setting requires six to eight.
Moxi is typically a quick treatment, treating the entire face in only eight to 12 minutes, depending on the intensity of your session.
Moxi can treat all areas of the face and body, including the face, neck, chest, legs and arms.
Moxi is an extremely well-tolerated laser skin treatment. A topical numbing cream is typically only needed for more intense treatments.
There is little to no downtime with Moxi laser skin treatment. Immediately following your Moxi, your skin will look red and feel sunburned, but these side effects should subside quickly on their own in the hours following your treatment.
Immediately following your treatment, you may experience redness and slight swelling. These side effects are normal and will subside quickly in the hours or days following your treatment.
