The science
Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) is an FDA-approved injectable neuromodulator manufactured by Allergan Aesthetics. Placed in precise micro-doses into specific facial muscles, it temporarily reduces the nerve signals that cause those muscles to contract. The skin above relaxes and smooths — softening dynamic lines while your natural expressions stay fully intact.
The product is only half the equation. The difference between Botox that looks refreshed and Botox that looks "frozen" comes down to the injector — their command of facial anatomy, how your muscles move, and exactly where (and where not) to place each unit. Our injectors map your facial dynamics before a single needle is involved, then dose conservatively. You can always add; you can't subtract.

Your visit
Every new patient starts with a complimentary consultation. Your injector assesses your facial anatomy and movement, reviews your health history, and builds a plan with an exact unit count and transparent quote — before anything else happens.
After cleansing, your injector uses an ultra-fine needle to place Botox into the targeted muscles. Most patients describe a brief pinch. The full appointment typically takes 10–15 minutes — genuinely lunch-break friendly from anywhere in the Park Cities.
No downtime. Return to work immediately; avoid rubbing the treated areas for 24 hours, stay upright for 4 hours, and skip strenuous exercise for the day. Pinpoint redness or minor bruising, if any, typically resolves quickly.

Most patients who choose preventative Botox begin in their mid-20s to early 30s — the point when expression lines start lingering after the expression ends.
