I am a dedicated NASAM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Certified Sports Nutrition Coach (CSNC), and Certified Sports Fitness Coach (CSFC). My journey in the fitness industry began in 2014 when I started training under the National Physique Committee (NPC). I continued with the training until 2017. During this period, I also worked as a fitness model from 2016 to 2017. I collaborated with various affiliates to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. My favorite workouts are core strengthening and squats using the Smith Machine. However, I must admit that pull-ups are still one of the most challenging exercises for me. Apart from the gym, I am a passionate reader and advocate for nutritional education.
“Eating Right 4 Your Blood Type” is my top recommended read. I believe that it aligns with my philosophy of helping people understand their bodies better. I think it is essential to inspire and foster a team spirit in the journey towards health and fitness. I strongly believe that fitness is a partnership. Your commitment to yourself is the first step in our journey together.
It is not just about looking good, but also feeling confident and strong, both inside and out. Muscles play a crucial role in this, serving as the support system for your joints. They absorb force, preventing damage, and ensure that your joints move as they should. Lack of muscle strength can lead to injuries, as your body might not withstand the impact of opposing forces. Moreover, muscles are vital for burning calories, regulating blood levels, and ultimately, enhancing your overall well-being and confidence.
