Born to lead and enlighten, Dr. Praveen Guntipalli has dedicated his life to pursuing excellence in medicine. Dr. Guntipalli is American Board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine and has a passion for quality, protocols, anti-aging and aesthetic medicine.As such, Dr. Guntipalli continually sets high standards for himself and others.
Dr. Guntipalli finished his Internal Medicine residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. During his reputable medical career, Dr. Guntipalli served as Medical Director, Chair of Medicine and successfully led multiple hospital quality committees, designed safety protocols and projects and trained physicians, residents and medical students. Dr. Guntipalli received multiple awards for quality and has more than 10 years of experience in medical practice. Protocol-driven, Dr. Guntipalli delights in training staff in pursuit of improving patient satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in medical care.
Rivaling his passion for medical excellence is Dr. Guntipalli’s fondness for traveling the world, particularly Japan. A hobbyist photographer, Dr. Guntipalli enjoys documenting his trips with unique and striking pictures.
Courtney is our experienced nurse injector. She has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She has spent the past 5+ years in the aesthetic industry as an injector. She has experience with neurotoxins, filler, laser hair removal, body contouring and skin revitalization procedures. She decided to go into the aesthetics field when she was a makeup artist during nursing school and wanted to combine the artistry of makeup with her clinical skills as a nurse to help others look and feel a more confident version of themselves. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and rescue pit bull named Stormie.
Alexis Wright, RN, BSN, CHES
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Alexis Wright is a highly skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse with over three years of experience in medical aesthetics, specializing in natural, refined results that enhance confidence while preserving individuality. She is extensively trained in Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, and advanced injectable treatments, with a strong focus on facial balance, harmony, and long-term skin health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, along with her Registered Nurse and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credentials.
Alexis began her nursing career in a high-acuity Labor & Delivery unit at Medical City Dallas, a Level IV Maternal Designated facility, where she provided care in high-pressure, critical clinical settings. Fun fact: she helped deliver over 81 babies—two of them entirely on her own. She later transitioned into perioperative cosmetic nursing at a plastic surgery center, where her passion for aesthetics, precision, and patient outcomes continued to grow, ultimately leading her into injectable aesthetics. Her path into aesthetic medicine is deeply personal. Prior to working in aesthetics, Alexis experienced a vascular occlusion during her own filler treatment. As a patient, she witnessed firsthand the importance of expert technique, safety protocols, and immediate medical preparedness. That pivotal experience shaped her philosophy of care and fueled her commitment to raising the standard of safety and excellence in aesthetic medicine.
Today, Alexis blends clinical precision with an artist’s eye to create customized treatment plans using neuromodulators, biostimulators, and dermal fillers, always tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy and goals. She believes aesthetic medicine is where science meets art and is dedicated to providing a safe, educational, and highly personalized experience. When you sit in Alexis’s chair, you’re never just another appointment—you’re trusting her with something personal, and she approaches that responsibility with intention, transparency, and exceptional care.
Meet Karina Rodriguez. She is a nationally certified medical assistant within the University of Utah, medical esthetician and laser specialist through the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics. Specializing in an array of advanced medical-grade treatments, corrective, clinical skin care is her specialty.
Her passion in the skin care and beauty industry comes from personally dealing with problematic skin. Her mission is to ignite the inner confidence of each patient by utilizing advanced, medical-grade treatments to achieve the healthiest skin care and wellness goals possible. Her favorite treatment to do is microneedling and her favorite products are retinol and SPF. When she is not at the medical spa, you will either find her at the gym, cooking or catching up with family and friends.
Baylie Levy
Baylie Levy is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician who is passionate about helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and truly at home in their skin. She specializes in results-driven aesthetic treatments while delivering highly personalized care tailored to each client’s unique skin goals.
Known for her warm and attentive approach, Baylie takes the time to understand her clients’ concerns and ensures they feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. She believes exceptional results come from combining advanced technology, clinical knowledge, and genuine human connection.
Baylie is dedicated to creating real, visible improvements in skin health while maintaining a calm, welcoming, and stress-free experience for every client.
